About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with accounting functions and a proactive approach to financial management and compliance.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely entry of transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in filing returns
- Support audits and prepare necessary documentation
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Analyze financial data and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve accounting procedures
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CA Inter/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards and financial practices
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
