Accounts Officer

Taskeen is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage financial transactions, maintain

accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This role at Taskeen Health Initiative

requires precision, transparency, and a proactive approach to financial documentation, reporting, and

payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts while ensuring timely reconciliation.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and payments.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and control.

Experience

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA or equivalent
• certification is a plus).
• At least one year of experience in financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, and communication skills.

• This is a full-time position based in Karachi.
