We are seeking a skilled and motivated Active Directory & Network Infrastructure Setup Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an on-site position that offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Active Directory Management:

 - Design, implement, and manage Active Directory (AD) environments.

 - Perform user and group management, including creating, modifying, and deleting accounts.

 - Manage AD policies, permissions, and security settings.

 - Troubleshoot and resolve AD-related issues.

- Network Infrastructure Setup:

 - Design and deploy network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.

 - Configure and maintain VLANs, VPNs, and other network services.

 - Ensure network security and integrity through proper configuration and monitoring.

 - Optimize network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

- System Integration:

 - Integrate AD with other systems and applications to ensure seamless authentication and authorization.

 - Implement and manage single sign-on (SSO) solutions where applicable.

- Maintenance & Support:

 - Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches.

 - Provide technical support and training to staff regarding AD and network infrastructure.

 - Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.

- Security Management:

 - Implement and enforce security policies to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.

 - Conduct regular security audits and assessments.

Qualifications:

- Education:

 - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.

- Experience:

 - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Active Directory management and network infrastructure setup.

 - Proven experience with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) and software.

 - Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.

- Certifications:

 - Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or equivalent.

 - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher is preferred.

 - CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certifications are advantageous.

- Skills:

 - Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching.

 - Proficient in configuring and managing Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and other related services.

 - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
