Admin and Accounts Associate (Remote)

Department: Finance

Location: Islamabad

• Process payroll for Virtual Assistants (VAs) via Wise


• Review invoices for accuracy and verify cutoff dates


• Manage PK and PH pays


• Check Hubstaff invoices and ensure timely payments

• Maintain Hubstaff and EOD sheets


• Track time and ensure accurate reporting


• Update referral sheets and daily deliverables


• Manage Google Calendar for employee's birthdays

• 1+ year of experience in admin and accounting


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Hubstaff


• Familiarity with Wise or international payment platforms


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities


• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Knowledge of accounting principles


• Previous experience working with remote teams
