Responsibilities

• Ensure the checklists and manage the overall office facility.
• Manage petty cash and maintain petty cash reconciliation for audit purpose.
• Fleet management which is not limited.
• Inventory management of all the assets and supplies of Company.
• Make sure that all the assets/inventory are updated
• Have the market familiarity regarding procurement and admin
• Coordinate with other admin staff to ensure the Admin operates as a one unit
  
  

Skills Required

• Fresh Graduates with Bachelor's degree or Internship experiene in administration are encouraged to apply
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have the ability to effectively use the lower ranked staff
• Proficient with MS Office, well versed with overall computer operations having good speed
