Responsibilities
- Ensure the checklists and manage the overall office facility.
- Manage petty cash and maintain petty cash reconciliation for audit purpose.
- Fleet management which is not limited.
- Inventory management of all the assets and supplies of Company.
- Make sure that all the assets/inventory are updated
- Have the market familiarity regarding procurement and admin
- Coordinate with other admin staff to ensure the Admin operates as a one unit
- Fresh Graduates with Bachelor's degree or Internship experiene in administration are encouraged to apply
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have the ability to effectively use the lower ranked staff
- Proficient with MS Office, well versed with overall computer operations having good speed
