The Opportunity:
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and book flights, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and other transportation services for employees based on their travel needs and preferences.
Itinerary Planning: Develop detailed travel itineraries, including flight schedules, hotel accommodations, transport details, and important travel information for employees and visitors.
Vendor Management: Liaise with travel vendors (airlines, hotels, rental services, etc.).
Travel Policies: Ensure that all travel arrangements comply with company travel policies and industry standards.
Travel Assistance: Provide ongoing support during employees' trips, including assistance with changes or cancellations as needed.
Travel Documentation: Ensure employees have all necessary documents (e.g., visas, travel insurance, etc.) for international travel.
Travel Approvals & Reports: Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and itineraries for reporting purposes.
Car Fleet Management Support: Assist the admin team in managing the company's car fleet and arrangement of rental vehicles, including but not limited to scheduling vehicle usage and ensuring availability for employees, coordinating vehicle maintenance, record keeping and inspections, tracking vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any travel- or vehicle-related issues, delays, or emergencies that may arise during business trips or car usage.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 3- 5 years' of relevant experience

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator, Travel Agent, or in a similar role in a corporate environment
- Experience with car fleet management or logistics (preferred)
- MS Office Skills (Excel, Word etc)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Knowledge of travel logistics, booking systems, and international travel regulations
- A customer-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 3- 5 years' of relevant experience
