Role Summary:

As an Admission Counselor at Edulytic, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding students through the entire study abroad journey. You will work closely with prospective students to understand their academic and career goals, offering expert advice and support as they select the best programs, complete their applications, and secure scholarships. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of students while promoting Edulytic’s commitment to excellence and service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, offering personalized guidance throughout the admissions process.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess students’ academic backgrounds, goals, and eligibility for international study programs.
• Assist students in selecting study abroad programs that align with their academic interests and career aspirations.
• Provide in-depth information on program requirements, application processes, deadlines, and scholarship opportunities.
• Actively contribute to Edulytic’s marketing efforts by participating in education fairs, conferences, and other promotional events.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions and admissions-related activities within the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Prior experience in the study abroad industry or a proven sales background.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-cultural skills, with a passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, databases, and standard office software.
• A minimum of 16 years of formal education.
