Affiliate & Outreach Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate & Outreach Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand through influencer and ambassador programs. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, quick to learn, and capable of setting up systems and processes to support marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the brand’s influencer and ambassador network.
• Handle ambassador applications, send emails, and follow up with potential partners.
• Identify and onboard influencers to promote the brand.
• Assist with email campaigns, blog content, and other marketing initiatives.
• Set up, maintain, and optimize systems on platforms like Impact Affiliate Network, WordPress, and Google Sheets.
• Utilize ChatGPT and other tools to streamline workflows and create content.
• Attend weekly Zoom meetings (1–2 per week) to align on goals and updates.
• Maintain organized processes and documentation for outreach campaigns.
• Problem-solve and adapt quickly to new tasks and challenges.

Requirements:

• Experience with Google Sheets and WordPress.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking direction.
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to assist in tasks.
• Ability to bring creative ideas and solutions for growing influencer partnerships.
• Quick learner, adaptable, and capable of setting up systems and processes.
• Previous experience with affiliate or ambassador programs is a plus.
