Work Hours: 5pm-2am

Salary: 50k basic + Incentive up to 40k

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Outreach Like a Pro: Reach out to creators and help them build connections with brands!
• Fast Moves: Act quickly on creator needs—whether it’s sending out samples, sharing briefs, or responding to messages. Speed and responsiveness are key!
• Creator Collaboration: Team up with creators, even the old ones, to make awesome first videos together.
• Video Magic: Get videos made based on our ideas, then review and approve samples. Don’t forget to send them your feedback, plus a cool video guide (via Loom).
• Earning Made Easy: Help creators understand the tiered commission system and get them excited about earning!
• Daily Vibes: Stay on top of messages, give feedback, and keep the creator chat alive.
• Top Creators: Discover and track the top creators who are crushing it. Help them produce 5-6 videos a month to stay on fire!
• Keep It Real: Motivate creators to join the community Discord for all the behind-the-scenes action.
• Boosting Performance: Work with top creators and give them retainers if they’re making magic happen.
• Report & Reflect: At the end of the month, look at how things went, set fresh goals, and work towards building a squad of 100 awesome creators.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills, especially in English—both written and spoken.

• Some background or experience in marketing or content creation is a bonus (internships, side projects, freelance gigs all count).
• A passion for content creation and growing online communities.
