We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Sales Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with US-based businesses over the phone and offer them the digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for digital marketing.

The position require call center, sales, agent, phone, digital marketing, communication skills, timing, outbound, calls, graphic designing, web development, social media marketing, call center agent, communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, night shift mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 35k to 50k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.

- Conduct outbound calls to US-based businesses.
- Present and promote digital marketing services and graphic designing, including SEO, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, and other related services..
- Deal the customers efficiently and close the sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Web Development, and Social Media Marketing.
- Ability to work the night shift ( : PM - : AM) from Monday to Friday.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
