About the Role

We're seeking an AI Automation Specialist to join our team and drive our workflow automation initiatives forward. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable automation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance customer engagement.

What You'll Do

• Lead Automation Development: Create and deploy automation workflows across CRMs and SaaS platforms from concept to production
• Bot Development: Build voice and text-based bots using platforms like GoHighLevel for enhanced customer interaction
• Scalable Tool Design: Design and implement scalable internal tools and automations for optimized client workflows
• AI Integration: Collaborate on AI-powered lead generation and customer engagement systems

Required Qualifications

No-Code Platform Expertise

• Proven experience with automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n)
• Track record of building and maintaining complex workflow automations

CRM Experience

• Hands-on experience with major CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Understanding of CRM integrations and data flow optimization

Problem-Solving Skills

• Strong logical thinking and systematic problem-solving approach
• Experience in workflow optimization and process automation
• Ability to translate business requirements into automated solutions

Professional Requirements

• Available for full-time commitment
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience collaborating on cross-functional automation projects

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of Python and general programming concepts
• Experience with AI-driven workflow automation
• Familiarity with lead generation and customer engagement automation
• Background in SaaS tool integrations and API management
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, including designing complex conversational flows
• Experience ensuring virtual assistants and chatbots follow specified organizational workflows
• Familiarity with parameter tuning and optimizing performance of enterprise LLMs (Large Language Models)
