A Dubai-based property management software company founded in 2017.

Job Description:

We are looking for a digitally savvy and creatively driven Creative AI Content Developer who can leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Sora to craft compelling, minimalistic digital animations and visual content. The ideal candidate is not a full-scale animator but someone who understands storytelling, design, and how to use todays AI technologies to produce simple, smart, and engaging visual content for marketing, branding, and communication purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop short, minimal digital animations using tools like Sora, PowerPoint animation, Canva, or other lightweight motion tools.
• Use ChatGPT or similar AI platforms to generate voice-over scripts, copy, and narrative content.
• Work with Sora AI video to produce real-life video compositions with inspiring overlays and storytelling structure.
• Edit and overlay voiceovers, subtitles, and callouts on generated content to ensure alignment with brand tone and messaging.
• Ideate and prototype micro-content (410 second videos, simple animations) for social media, product explainers, or internal use.
• Collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams to execute content ideas from concept to delivery.
• Stay current with the latest AI and content creation tools to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Sora, Runway, Pika, or similar).
• Strong experience in basic digital animation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, After Effects basics, etc.).
• Creative mindset with the ability to transform abstract ideas into short, impactful visuals.
• Good understanding of visual storytelling and minimalist design.
• Comfortable working with voice-over generation tools, audio syncing, and subtitles.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and deliver within tight timelines.

Nice to Have:

• Basic experience in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, Descript, etc.).
• Knowledge of branding, marketing, or social media content trends.
• Ability to propose creative ideas and suggest AI tools to improve workflows.
