Rozee seeks a skilled AI Developer specializing in Large Language Models to join its innovative team in Lahore. The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and natural language processing techniques, with a strong foundation in deep learning and performance optimization. This role demands hands-on experience in developing AI applications and agentic workflows using both open-source and proprietary large language models. The position requires familiarity with specialized frameworks and APIs such as LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and technologies like RAG systems and vector databases including Pinecone. Experience with WhatsApp Business API integration and system implementation involving embeddings, SOLR, Whisper, and Whatsweb.js enhances the ability to deliver scalable, efficient AI-powered workflows. As this is an onsite role based in Lahore, the developer must exhibit strong self-motivation, active learning capabilities, and the ability to adapt to evolving AI trends. The role does not involve team management but requires independent initiative and collaborative communication within a technical team setting.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement AI applications centered on large language models to solve complex natural language processing challenges.Design and build agentic workflows that automate tasks and enhance user interaction by leveraging state-of-the-art LLM technology.Employ Python, PyTorch, and associated AI libraries to code, train, and optimize machine learning models with a focus on performance and scalability.Integrate OpenAI APIs and LangGraph coding frameworks to extend model capabilities and system automation.Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases such as Pinecone for effective knowledge retrieval and response generation.Execute embedding generation, search optimization, and indexing utilizing SOLR and related search technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate AI solutions into SaaS environments, ensuring seamless customer experiences and service reliability.Develop and maintain integrations with external services such as WhatsApp Business API and Whatsweb.js to enhance communication workflows.Monitor model behavior and system performance, adjusting algorithms to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction.Keep current with emerging AI research, tools, and best practices to continuously improve application design and capabilities.Participate in technical reviews, code testing, and quality assurance to uphold high software standards.Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support team collaboration and knowledge sharing.Actively engage in self-learning and professional development to stay proficient in the latest AI developments and programming methodologies.Contribute to troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving AI application issues in production environments.Adhere to company policies and ethical standards while developing AI models and applications, ensuring data privacy and security compliance.
