About the Role

We're seeking an AI Developer to join our team and drive our AI initiatives forward. You'll be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying production-ready AI solutions that solve real-world problems.

What You'll Do

• Lead AI Project Development: Scope, architect, and deliver AI solutions from concept to production
• Production Deployment: Deploy and maintain AI models and systems in live environments with high reliability
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Innovation: Stay current with AI research and bring research techniques into practical implementations

Required Qualifications

Production Experience

• Proven track record deploying AI models and systems in production environments
• Experience with scalable, maintainable AI architectures

Technical Stack

• Cloud Platforms: AWS preferred (Lambda, EC2, DynamoDB, Amplify) - GCP/Azure experience transferable
• Programming: Expert-level Python with focus on clean, scalable code
• AI APIs: Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, Amazon Bedrock, and similar platforms
• Modern AI/ML Architectures: Experience with API-based AI solutions and microservices

Problem-Solving Experience

• Senior-level experience in software development
• Strong project scoping and problem decomposition skills
• Expertise in Git workflows, code reviews, and documentation standards
• Experience with CI/CD for ML workflows and testing strategies

Professional Requirements

• Available for full-time commitment (no concurrent employment)
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have

• Experience with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks
• Familiarity with automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n)
• Active engagement with AI research community (papers, conferences)
• Background in Computer Vision and/or NLP
• Track record of implementing research insights in production systems
