About The Role

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design and implement LLMs, generative AI models, Azure-based ML pipelines, and intelligent agents. This role focuses on building robust, scalable AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise applications.

Essential Functions

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models including LLMs, generative models, and computer vision solutions.
• Build and integrate intelligent workflows using Copilot Studio and AI Agents.
• Work with Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML Studio, and Custom Vision to train, evaluate, and deploy ML models.
• Develop APIs and backend services to expose AI models using C# and ASP.NET Web APIs (optional but preferred).
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to embed AI-powered features into enterprise applications.
• Analyze business requirements, design architecture, and create scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Optimize model performance, tune hyperparameters, and monitor deployed models.
• Document models, processes, and workflows with clarity and precision.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, especially within the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of core AI/ML fundamentals, including: LLMs & Generative AI Statistics & Probability Machine Learning concepts (training, testing, evaluation metrics)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI technologies, specifically: Copilot Studio AI Foundry Azure Machine Learning Studio Azure Custom Vision AI Agents / Autonomous Agents
• Experience with data preparation, model tuning, and deployment workflows.
• Ability to implement AI solutions in production environments.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure cloud services, including App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, and Cognitive Services.
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET Web APIs, and backend application development.
• Familiarity with Python-based ML tools (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps workflows is a plus.
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
