About the Role

We are looking for a Junior AI Engineer (Generative AI & NLP) to join our AI Innovation team. You’ll work on developing and integrating cutting-edge LLM, NLP, and RAG-based solutions that power chatbots, intelligent assistants, and AI-driven document automation systems.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about applied AI, eager to learn from senior engineers, and ready to contribute to real-world Generative AI projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of AI applications using LLMs and NLP frameworks.
• Implement chatbots, summarization, and text analysis models using tools like OpenAI, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
• Assist in fine-tuning LLMs and integrating vector search (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.) for RAG systems.
• Work with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and API integrations to deploy AI models.
• Collaborate with senior AI engineers to optimize model performance and scalability.
• Contribute to documentation, research, and continuous improvement of AI features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or NLP projects (academic or professional).
• Basic understanding of LLMs, NLP, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Python and at least one ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Transformers).
• Familiarity with LangChain, OpenAI API, or Hugging Face is a plus.
• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS/Pinecone) or RAG workflows is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
