AI & ML-Team Leader

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Team Lead to spearhead the

development of AI and machine learning (ML) enabled web applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies,

particularly in relation to retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) based

large language models (LLMs), chatbots, and computer vision

applications. This individual will lead a team focused on innovative

projects that leverage AI to enhance existing web applications and

develop new solutions for tasks such as CCTV feed analysis and KYC

onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of AI-powered applications, including

chatbots and LLM-based agents.

- Oversee projects involving computer vision technologies for CCTV

analysis and KYC processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Guide the team in implementing optical character recognition (OCR)

solutions for various applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into

existing web applications.

- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation

and continuous learning.

- Stay updated on industry trends in AI/ML, computer vision, and OCR

technologies to ensure competitive advantage.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a

related field.

- Proven experience (3+ years) in AI/ML development with a strong

portfolio of relevant projects.

- Expertise in developing and deploying LLMs, chatbots, and RAG

systems.

- Solid understanding of computer vision techniques and their application

in real-world scenarios.

- Experience with OCR technologies and their integration into software

solutions.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a

technical team.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or

similar.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) for deploying AI

solutions.

- Experience in agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with

stakeholders.
