AI & Robotics Engineer – Computer Vision & 3D Mapping

We are looking for a passionate and versatile AI & Robotics Engineer to join our team on a real-world project involving object detection, 3D reconstruction, and geospatial analysis. The role focuses on developing intelligent systems that process aerial imagery and 3D sensor data for real-time visual understanding.

You don't need to be an expert in everything yet — we welcome skilled engineers eager to grow. Training and project onboarding will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Apply and fine-tune YOLO or similar object detection models on real and synthetic datasets
• Process and analyze 3D point cloud data using tools like Open3D or PCL
• Implement geometry-based estimations (e.g., using RANSAC, ICP)
• Develop algorithms for structure comparison and map-based analysis
• Collaborate on data labeling, model evaluation, and system testing

Required Skills

• Proficient in Python and C++ for AI and robotics development
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Familiarity with 3D geometry, SLAM, or point cloud processing
• Understanding of sensor fusion, IMU/GNSS integration, or pose estimation
• Comfortable handling large datasets and real-world deployment challenges

Preferred Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following (or related):
• Robotics / Mechatronics
• Computer Vision / AI
• Computer Science / Engineering
