What You Will Be Doing

• Rapidly develop and deploy AI prototypes that automate business workflows in less than 24 hours.
• Take full ownership of AI solutions from conception through deployment and monitoring, operating independently and efficiently.
• Continuously enhance automation by identifying new opportunities and refining existing solutions to meet evolving business demands.

Basic Requirements

• An AI-First Mindset—prioritizing AI tool integration over traditional coding methods.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in full-stack software engineering, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end development.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into real-world applications through APIs, prompt engineering, or automation.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for building scalable, distributed systems.
• Knowledge of selecting appropriate LLM models for various tasks.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
