Position: AI/ML Engineer (LLM Engineer) – Remote

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement machine-learning models for pattern recognition and data analysis
• Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for real-world applications
• Architect neural network solutions, from data preprocessing through model deployment
• Apply statistical methods to validate model performance and ensure robustness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our product suite

Who You Are

• You hold an advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field—or you bring equivalent professional experience
• You have hands-on experience with neural networks and pattern-recognition algorithms
• You’re proficient in Python and familiar with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch; experience in Java or C++ is a plus
• You possess a solid foundation in statistics, probability, and data analysis techniques
• You’re passionate about AI/ML research and eager to translate cutting-edge methods into business solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Published work in AI/ML or LLM research
• Experience deploying models at scale in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ML
