About the role: As an AM Channel Capability for the region, you will be responsible for developing business growth plans, leading & execution of product launches and trade activities, which will enable the regional sales & distribution teams to improve business health.
Your Impactful Goals will include:
- Lead execution of new category launches across the region and identify high-potential outlet clusters.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in emerging categories such as Gaming, Travel, Rider, etc., to expand the channel portfolio.
- Develop region-specific growth plans for new categories and propose expansion opportunities.
- Drive adoption and compliance of Apollo across channel partners and field teams.
- Enhance Apollo MAU by ensuring consistent daily usage and deeper feature utilization.
- Conduct digital awareness and capability-building sessions to strengthen understanding of Apollo's role in field efficiency.
- Enhance the communication model for regional and channel campaigns across the retail network through digital and on-ground engagement activities.
- Manage the regional trade budget with strict compliance and governance discipline.
- Strengthen retail and franchise channels through structured trade engagement, visibility uplift, and capability-building initiatives.
- Ensure flawless execution of trade activities, promotions, and market activations.
- Plan and allocate trade budgets on a monthly/quarterly basis according to business priorities and category objectives.
- Optimize ROI on trade investments through efficient allocation across clusters, outlets, and priority initiatives.
- Coordinate with circle and channel planning teams to ensure seamless execution of trade, category, and digital initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional new category launches and identify high-potential outlet clusters.
- Drive business growth in emerging categories (Gaming, Travel, Rider, etc.).
- Create region-wise growth and expansion plans for new categories.
- Ensure Apollo adoption and compliance across partners and field teams.
- Grow Apollo MAU through consistent daily usage and feature adoption.
- Deliver digital awareness and capability-building sessions for field efficiency.
- Strengthen retail campaign communication via digital and on-ground engagement.
- Manage regional trade budgets with strong governance and compliance.
- Strengthen retail and franchise channels through engagement, visibility, and capability building.

What we're looking for:

- Able to work well in a pressure situation, self-motivated and flexible
- Proven experience as functional architect, project manager or sub-project manager roles
- Organized and can manage several projects and/or activities at a time.
- Team and stakeholder management skills.
- Skilled at Power BI, Advanced Microsoft & other reporting tools.
