We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager – Marketing and Communication with a strong emphasis on communication and client management. You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, press releases, marketing communications, strategic communications, and project management. If you are a dedicated professional with 1-2 years of experience and a background in marketing or communication, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication and client relationship management.
• Develop and execute effective communication strategies to engage clients and foster strong relationships.
• Create and deliver compelling content for various communication channels, including emails, newsletters, and client presentations.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to coordinate growth marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and websites.
• Organize and manage client meetings, ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts, providing insights for improvement.
• Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and materials.
• Maintain and nurture positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in communication, marketing and client management.
• A degree in MBA/MA/MS or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
