Job Purpose:

To implement the organization's reward strategy so that it's compensation and benefits outcome meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization's desired internal and external market position.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Conducting job evaluations, develop salary ranges, collect internal and external data, and conduct analysis to provide input into strategic decisions about the organization's compensation and benefit programs.
  • Responsible for coordinating with the salary benchmarking external consulting companies & participate in Salary Surveys and analyzing the data generated, to develop and report feedback and recommendations to the Global Total Rewards Manager.
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals for changes in the compensation and benefits structure based on the external survey results.
  • Implementing the changes in compensation and benefit entitlements due to business needs.
  • Ensuring the availability updated employee’s compensation (CTC) trend to assist HRBPs & business in decision making.
  • Drafting internal & external salary and benefit packages.
  • Assist Global Total Rewards Manager in developing Manpower Planning & Budgeting.
  • Assisting Global Total Rewards Manager in developing and maintaining HR budget effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive list of policies and benefits and liaise with Global Total Rewards Manager to update policy manuals with approved changes, while ensuring all changes are updated on the intranet / employee handbook.
  • Assisting in rolling out key benefit changes / initiatives and developing market compatible employee benefits policies.
  • Leading & improvising the Rewards Cascade execution in all functions to ensure that Rewards strategies and policies are understood across the organization.
  • To ensure that all HR policies are in compliance with respect to Audit guidelines.
  • Managing HR related activities for HR department.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree.


Experience:

4-6 years of relevant industry experience

Experience in a similar fast-paced industry
