Job Type: Full-Time Job (40 hours per week).

Salary Range: 700 - 1000$ per month

Position Overview

We are looking for an Amazon Account VA to manage our Amazon accounts and support our expansion on different Amazon marketplaces both in EU and US. In this role, you will be a member of our remote team of various specialists performing day to day operation. You will work in structured business environment based on project management tool (Jira) cooperating closely with RMA team and Brand Manager who will be your superior in this role. Although you will have strong support from the team, we expect you to be the self-oriented and strong self-motivated, loyal and highly engaged person possessing a strong work ethic. We expect you to takes initiative and does not shy away from challenges. We would like you to become an independent contributor, bringing fresh ideas and expertise to the table.

Someone, who has Excel and gSheet in his / her little finger, has a great feeling for analyzing data and is very accurate. Someone who is looking for more efficient approaches in order to get the job more effectively.


What do we expect from you? (key responsibilities) 

  • Day-to-day account management operations
  • Listings checking and monitoring
  • Taking action based on H10 and Sellerboard alerts
  • Day-to-day customer support (answering messages, coordination of customer complaints, customer problem solving)
  • Amazon account health management
  • Product compliance documentation and product safety issues (CE, GPSR)
  • Negative product review removals
  • Negative Customer feedback removals
  • PPC campaigns set-up and optimization
  • Creating coupons and promotional discounts
  • Inventory reconcilation using SellerInvestigator software (missing units from shipment, lost & damaged items)
  • Inventory forecasting and planning using SoStocked software
  • Amazon shipments creation
  • Send or replanish inventory
  • Current ad hoc tasks

What are required qualifications?

  • At least 2 years of experience working as Amazon customer support specialist
  • Amazon case management practical knowledge
  • Practical knowledge about Amazon listing updates using flat files is obligatory in this role
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central dashboard
  • Ability to analyze data and make actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

What are required qualifications?

  • Experience working with remote teams
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to details
  • Familiarity with AI tools for product optimization and customer feedback analysis
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence will be a great asset
