Role Description

As an Amazon Ads Specialist at Flairox, you will be tasked with managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on the Amazon platform to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and meet specific business objectives. This hands-on role requires direct management of campaigns through Amazon's advertising console or bulk files, constant monitoring of performance metrics, and strategic adjustments to optimize results.


Responsibilities

Strategy Development and Planning:

  • Work closely with brand managers to understand products, brands, and their objectives.
  • Conduct keyword, competitor, and audience research to shape advertising strategies.
  • Develop and periodically revise growth strategies for brands and individual products.
  • Analyze new product opportunities from an advertising perspective to support launch strategies.

Campaign Management and Optimization:

  • Plan, create, and manage campaigns using all types of Sponsored Ads on Amazon.
  • Monitor key metrics like ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CPC to gauge campaign impact on brand goals.
  • Adjust bids, refine keywords, and test ad creatives to enhance campaign performance.
  • Utilize tools such as Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Console for comprehensive campaign management and reporting.

Market Analysis and Adaptation:

  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor strategies, and market share to proactively adjust campaigns.
  • Inform brand managers of potential market threats or opportunities based on data and trends.
  • Stay updated on changes to the Amazon Advertising platform and industry developments.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Generate detailed reports, analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and improvement areas.
  • Maintain a detailed activity timeline for changes to advertising accounts.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance and strategic adjustments.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with brand managers and team members to align advertising strategies with broader business goals.
  • Participate in sprint meetings to discuss outcomes and strategize for upcoming actions.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including the use of formulas like VLOOKUP.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills to efficiently handle multiple accounts.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Amazon and understanding of terms like
  • BSR, Buy Box, ASIN.
  • Experience managing Sponsored Ads via Amazon
  • Advertising Console and using bulk files.
  • Experience with tools like Helium 10, and Keepa.
  • Certification in Amazon Advertising or similar platforms.
  • Expertise in creating and utilizing pivot tables in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and digital marketing fundamentals.


What We Offer?

This is an entry-level position with a salary of up to Rs. 84,000 monthly, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include performance-based bonuses, paid time off and professional growth opportunities.
