Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing, tracking, and fulfillment
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service for timely deliveries
- Resolve customer issues related to orders and deliveries
- Monitor performance metrics and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop sales strategies, including upselling and promotions
- Build strong client relationships to boost retention
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or e-commerce operations
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Amazon and Daraz platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software, order management systems, and Microsoft Office
