Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing products from China, specifically from Alibaba, and knowledge of Amazon FBA, 3PL, freight forwarding, and international shipping.

Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing products from China, specifically from Alibaba, and knowledge of Amazon FBA, 3PL, freight forwarding, and international shipping.
Responsibilities:
- Source high-quality products from Alibaba at competitive prices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, MOQs, and lead times.
- Conduct product research and identify trends.
- Manage Amazon FBA inventory and shipping.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers for storage, packaging, and shipping.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- Arrange shipping from China to other countries.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
- Ensure timely delivery and resolve any shipping issues.
- Manage product inspections and quality control.
- Coordinate with suppliers for certifications and compliance.
- Troubleshoot logistical issues.
- 8+ years of experience in sourcing from Alibaba & 1688.com
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon FBA, 3PL, and e-commerce logistics.
- Experience with freight forwarding and international shipping.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- A resident of Karachi, Pakistan.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, TikTok, Shopify/WooCommerce).
- Knowledge of customs clearance and regulations.
- Familiarity with product certification (CE, FDA, etc.).
Working Timings: 9 am - 6 pm
