Effective monitoring of outstanding portfolio & ensure compliance with internal policy requirements and external regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough due diligence of prospective clients, Work on investment proposals for equity participation. Coordination with internal stakeholders including risk, credit administration, audit, compliance etc. for smooth departmental operations. Ensuring proper maintenance of records throughout the tenor of the transaction. Ensuring timely submission of management and board reports. Develop effective marketing material for syndicate transactions as required.
