Responsibilities

Summary of Job Profile:

We are seeking a skilled Application Developer with database and APM experience, hands-on experience in ASP.NET or Java, along with front-end JavaScript frameworks and SQL Server database management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting enterprise applications, performing troubleshooting, log analysis, and ensuring smooth performance of both applications and their dependencies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom applications using ASP.NET or Java.
• Utilize JavaScript libraries/frameworks (e.g., JQuery, Dojo, AngularJS) for front-end development.
• Inspect real user data and extract performance metrics across applications and their dependencies.
• Provide support and maintenance for custom-built applications.
• Review and optimize SQL queries and ensure database performance.
• Monitor SQL Server maintenance tasks and troubleshoot failed processes.
• Perform log analysis and application troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and reliability.
• Optional Experience with use Application Performance Management (APM) tools for proactive monitoring.
  
  

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA’s) required to successfully perform the job:

• Strong programming skills in ASP.NET or Java.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and frameworks like JQuery, Dojo, or AngularJS.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server databases, query optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Experience with application performance monitoring and analysis tools (optional but preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues, analyze logs, and resolve incidents effectively.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and version control systems.
  
  

Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification Required For The Position

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in application development and support roles.
