Application Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain software systems with regular updates, backups, and reporting.
• Manage daily operations of marketing campaigns, including setup and performance tracking.
• Perform data mining, analysis, and generate custom reports based on business requirements.
• Handle and troubleshoot payment gateway integrations.
• Conduct requirement gathering, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Onboard and train new users on system functionalities and usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate system solutions.
• Facilitate user support to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in system support, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong command over SQL databases, ERP/CRM/HRMS/POS systems, and business process mapping.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and general system administration.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
