Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our business-to-business (B B) sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least Months to year of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, navigating past gatekeepers, and scheduling a minimum of two appointments per day for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting outbound calls to potential B B clients.
Successfully navigating and passing gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
Scheduling a minimum of two appointments per day for the sales team.
Maintaining accurate records of all communications and appointments.
Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments.
Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Requirements
Minimum of year of experience in a B B appointment-setting role.
Proven experience in passing gatekeepers and reaching decision-makers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
