The Role
A mid senior role reporting to the Country Asset & Transaction Management Lead and helping to manage Savills various client’s Real Estate portfolio and act an accountable executive for driving asset and transaction management decisions from initiation to execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and refining the overall end to end delivery of Asset & Transaction Management Delivery across the portfolio.
- Ensuring that all processes and assurance protocols, in particular consistency across the region on multiple country initiatives are handled with respect to Real Estate Asset management portfolio.
- For key transactions take a leadership role in driving excellent outcomes.
- Added value and efficiency through the transformational agenda
- Orchestrate collaboration with in house teams/ offices and various stakeholders to ensure flawless and seamless delivery
- Overall responsibility for year on year programme for acquisitions, disposals, closures and renewals in accordance with the Multi Year Plan.
- Familiarize with client’s internal risk management policies and tools.
- Work closely to strategize, deliver, and structure high risk high value own/leased asset transactions. (via 3rd party contractor or strategic partner)
- Responsible to look after Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Portfolio Performance Reporting, Portfolio Management and on boarding 3rd party contractor as and when needed subject to the approvals.
- Formulation and implementation of business plans to assess the impact of various management approaches on the value and to allow informed decision making.
- Quarterly and yearly budgeting and reporting to finance and other stakeholders enabling for key decision making.
- Management of Lease Agreement/ Lease Deed/ Sale Deed / Addendum in respect of properties.
- Dealing with external and internal legal counsel regarding properties litigations.
- Submission of financial accruals on monthly basis to Finance
- High level of numeracy and statistical analytical skills
- Ability to review complex financial / business reports
- Single point of contact for sub-region or country
- Accounting / budgeting
- Account planning
- Demonstrates excellent understanding of customer needs
- Self-aware / team aware gap analysis/ collaborative approach
- Commercial acumen
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong Communication (verbal & written) and Negotiation skills
- Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees and clients.
- Understanding of P&L analysis including IFRS 16
- Understanding of safety management systems and risk assessment techniques
- Real Estate experience of 5-7 years.
- Developing Real Estate management solutions
- Report writing and presentations
- Use of asset management and planning systems and databases
- Building surveying, obtaining market intel on Real Estate matters.
- Can review property documents and establish basic level understanding about property matters.
- Knows about various land and tax authorities in Pakistan
