Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• carrying out day-to-day operations, such as receiving, storing, preserving, handling, issuing, and charging supplies to departments/patient care areas, in accordance with organizational safety and quality standards
• executing general departmental duties as assigned by your respective supervisor
• assisting and performing day-to-day operations, including receiving, storing, preserving, handling, and issuing supplies to departments/patient care areas, following defined procedures.
• reporting any discrepancies found while performing assigned tasks
• timely recording of all transactions into the system/paper documents, as per defined procedures.
• maintaining personal and environmental safety standards in accordance with the guidelines of the Safety & Security Department
• ensuring proper handover/takeover during shift changes
• delivering materials to various departments based on MSR / Transfer Notes
• monitoring expiry dates and conducting physical counts
• ensuring the quality of services aligns with the organization’s standards
• following institutional policies related to functional responsibilities, code of ethics, discipline, acceptance of gifts, anti-fraud measures, and other HR-related policies.

Requirements

You should have:

• an intermediate or bachelor's degree, preferred
• at least two years working experience in any warehouse
• proficiency in data entry and documentation
• ability to work in teams
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• capability to carry out heavy work which includes transportation of goods.
