Job Responsibilities
- Daily maintaining Industries Bank Book for Receipts Processing payments of vendors Aging of Supplier Bills. Preparation of Daily Bank Transfer & scanning all documents related to DBT for forwarding to HO for transfer of fund when funds are required. Follow-up of Advance to supplier/Employees, Initiator of Bank Payments on AKBL portal (Supplier bills and others). Preparation of Daily fund status *(Imprest and Collection Account) Preparing Bank Reconciliation of imprest account. Preparation of Monthly Accounts (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss) within 5 days of every month. Checking & custody of electricity, gas, telephone and water bills and payment before due date. Preparation of various schedules for audit purpose. Assignments of work entrusted by Manager Finance involving detailed documentations outside office premises i.e. Government offices & others. Preparing sundry creditor’s statement and aging on monthly basis. Supervision of Treasury Management (Cashier tasks) Any other work entrusted by Manager Finance & Assistant Manager Finance.
