Purpose

Oversees and supervises the plant operations ensuring safe and efficient utilization of resources.

Responsible for Implementation of HSEQ and related SOPs.

Education: DAE Electrical or Mechanical

Experience: Minimum of 2 + years of experience

Areas Of Responsibility

Assist AM/DM in efficient utilization of resources in order to achieve daily and monthly targets as per SOP

A Plant Operator oversees the operation of pumps, ensuring safe and efficient processing of materials

Monitoring and adjusting vacuum levels, temperature, and pressure to meet specific process requirements

Assisting AM/DM Daily and Monthly reconciliation of results and efficiencies as per defined SOPs

Industrial or manufacturing settings, potentially with loud machinery and hot temperatures.

• May require working in rotating shifts (especially night) weekends, or overtime.
  
  

Specialized training in plant operation, emergency procedures, and equipment maintenance.

• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members, supervisors and external stakeholders.
• Physical fitness and dexterity to operate heavy equipment and machinery.
