Lead the end-to-end execution of internal audit engagements, including risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up.
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures across all business functions.
Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks and provide value-added recommendations for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports for senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable solutions.
Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and ensure sustainable improvements.

Minimum Competency Requirements
Education: CA (Finalist) / ACCA / CIA / CISA.
Experience: At least 5 years in internal auditing within a reputable manufacturing company (pharmaceutical experience is a plus).
Skills: Strong analytical abilities, effective communication, report-writing skills, and ERP system proficiency (SAP preferred).
