Key Responsibilities
Donor Recruitment & Retention:
- Implement donor recruitment and retention strategies.
- Conduct awareness campaigns and outreach programs.
- Partner with institutions and organizations for donor engagement.
- Utilize digital marketing and social media for outreach.
- Analyze donor trends and optimize strategies.
- Organize and execute blood donation drives.
- Ensure smooth execution and compliance with regulations.
- Evaluate and improve donor drive performance.
- Lead and manage donor recruitment teams.
- Train and mentor staff for effective donor engagement.
- Collaborate with hospitals, NGOs, media, and corporates.
- Represent the organization in events and forums.
- Maintain donor records and analyze recruitment data.
- Generate reports on campaign effectiveness and KPIs.
- Leverage data for improving recruitment strategies.
- Willingness to travel for donor drives and outreach.
- Commitment to voluntary blood donation initiatives.
