Location: This role is based in Multan, Pakistan. (Hybrid)

Your Impactful Goals will include:

  • Backend support of Sales team for BVS domain
  • Responsible for BVS inventory management whole Region
  • Daily mapping and ad hoc troubleshooting of BVS errors reported by sales teams.
  • Dormancy control and ability to re-allocate unused devices.
  • Ability to resolve errors and provide solutions to on-ground sales teams.
  • Stakeholder management, Sales, HQ and circle teams
  • Device deployment strategy formation and implementation of new plans to improve DAP
  • Proficient on excel and basic data management.
  • Franchise , monthly and annual audits
  • Able to travel on own as this domain required Franchise and market visits.
  • BVS Complaint Management
  • Testing of new offers and tools


Your Typical day at work

  • Planning promotion and competition to enhance the sales of the products through franchises & retail channel.
  • To gather Market Intelligence information, regular visits on top retailers and ensure Retailer advocacy.
  • Initiate procurement process and follow up till end i.e. (a) Search vendor (b) Finalize Vendor (c) Initiate PO (d) Payment follow-up.
  • Internal & external stakeholder management.
  • POS & Merchandising material management along with Effective Utilization of the allocated Budget for the region.
  • To prepare the forecast of POS material for the region according to need basis analysis this should be according to need of franchise and his business case.
  • Vendor management for smooth execution of the branding jobs in the region.
  • To ensure timely resolution of all trade grievances and improve trade relations.
  • Custodian of Trade/retail engagement initiative and activities Management
  • Develop counter plan for competitor’s visibility drive in the region.
  • Effective and timely Channel / Trade communication of products & offers.


What we are looking for?

Education: Preferably MBA/MCS/BBA/BSC

Work experience:

  • 4-5 years’ experience preferably a person with engineering background and MBA with ambition to grow in commercial domains.
  • 4-5 year Telco experience related to Channel enablement and TM Planning. Knowledge of general S&D Trade Marketing framework
  • Basic understanding of GSM
  • Experience on Magic Box, Tracker, Locator will be added advantage.
  • Hands on experience of GIS tools like MapInfo, Google Earth, and ArcGIS.

  • Good team Leader and excellent at building relationships with co-workers and external vendors
  • Organized and can manage several projects and/or activities at a time.
