Your Impactful Goals

  • Responsible for execution & implementation of a robust Regional Enablement plan for the Region, which will enable sales & distribution team to improve executional capability & capacity of Channel
  • Responsible for execution of regional Channel Strategy
  • Regional interface for Channel planning on strategy execution for products and distribution
  • Market Intel and support for Regions
  • Regional business KPIs management, actionability on these KPIs, performance management and regional project execution
  • Develop plans for regions to improve the service quality
  • To have a thorough Business Development plan in place for the entire region.
  • To ensure successful rollout of company products and implementation of communication plans at the Sales & Distribution channel across the region.
  • Measure, report & analyze the efficiency of distribution channel


Your Typical day at work

  • Manage end-to-end budgeting, design, and execution of trade promotions
  • Conduct in-depth distribution analysis to identify opportunity areas and lead initiatives to enhance distribution channel growth
  • Provide in-depth analysis and insights for business KPIS & responsible for designing reporting modules and dashboards/visibility to the sales channel
  • Monitor business growth and conduct market research to identify opportunities, initiate actions to achieve defined business goals
  • Lead and oversee end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring seamless delivery from initial concept to final implementation
  • Target allocation of all sales KPI’s & monitoring of shared KPIs
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business review Presentations
  • Prepare performance reviews and commission visibility for sales Channel


What we are looking for?

Education: Preferably MBA/MCS/BBA/BSC

Work experience: 3 – 5 years relevant work experience (Sales & Planning)
