Assistant Manager Demand Forecasting

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager for Demand forecasting to support our demand forecasting and planning efforts. In this role, you will work closely with the Manager for Demand Planning to analyze data, develop forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our demand forecasts align with our business goals.

Job Purpose

To collaborate with the Manager for Demand & Business Planning in refining demand forecasting strategies and actively contribute to their execution.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in data analysis, financial modeling, and demand forecasting efforts.
• Collaborate with the Manager to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using various methods.
• Support the consolidation of Capex/Revex plans according to the organization's KPIs. Assist in data collection and coordination with stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of risk models to assess demand disruption factors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure demand forecasts align with our business strategies and objectives.
• Assist in liaising with the Regulatory department regarding planning and implementation of revised rules and regulations.
• Support the development and maintenance of long-term business plans. Contribute to data analysis and trend identification.
• Assist in implementing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives. Help evaluate the impact of new technologies and business models.
• Participate in research to identify industry best practices | Contribute to the evaluation of the feasibility of new projects and initiatives | Assist in analyzing market trends and collaborating with teams to implement strategies.
  
  

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BBA or equivalent) | ACCA Qualified
• Basic understanding of demand planning, financial modeling, and forecasting concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to industry-specific regulations.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and software is advantageous.
