Assistant Manager Fleet Operations

This role is responsible for supervising and managing the Logistics Operations to ensure proactive monitoring and resolution of Fleet related complaints in a timely and efficient manner. The incumbent is required to maintain a strong relationship with both internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve the targets set and provide regular analytics on the general performance of the vehicle vendors with regard to complaints and their resolution.

Areas Of Responsibilities

• Real Time Complaint Management & Resolution on System: Precise engagement with KE Clusters/Users in resolving their complaints through Portal with active correspondence with fleet vendors and get the cases resolved on time.
• Supplier Relationship Management: It is imperative to maintain and develop robust relationships with Suppliers to ensure that timely services are tendered not only during standard phases, but also at the critical times of heat wave, rain emergency, power crises, black out, strikes and in any case of force majeure.
• Hired Vendor Performance: Analyze Complaint related data on monthly basis and share performance of each vendor with Fleet Operations Team. Gather all data related to the KPIs of the fleet vendors and develop a complete monthly performance of each vendor to be presented to the vendor teams in Monthly and Quarterly basis and on Regional Level.
• People Management: Actively indulged in presentation and communication skills internal and external stakeholders.
