Dukan.pk is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, HR to join our dynamic team and take charge of payroll management, recruitment, and HR operations with utmost efficiency and accuracy. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in processing payroll and ensuring timely and compliant salary distribution while managing employee benefits, deductions, and taxes. You will play a crucial part in overseeing various recruitment processes, which include job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding, thereby guaranteeing a seamless candidate experience and ensuring that our hiring strategies align with the company’s overall needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for HR operations such as maintaining employee records, ensuring policy compliance, handling onboarding and offboarding of employees, and contributing to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance. With a strong foundation in HR practices and payroll regulations, this position calls for individuals who demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and superior communication skills. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the effective functioning of HR processes. Your proficiency in HR-related software or payroll systems such as SAP or Oracle will be vital in streamlining operations and fostering a supportive work environment. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and labor laws.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including deductions, taxes, and company contributions.
  • Facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes, from crafting job descriptions and posting openings to screening resumes and conducting interviews.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and support.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation, training schedules, and document collection.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and HR regulations, implementing changes as necessary to uphold company standards.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring they comply with legal requirements and reflect the company's culture.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives by gathering feedback, organizing events, and promoting company values.
  • Assist in performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees regarding best practices.
  • Utilize HR software and documentation tools to streamline processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payroll, policies, and HR practices, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
