Job Description:
Qualification & Experience:
Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering , or a related field having minimum 1-2 years of experience, preferably in an online education environment on Moodle based LMS.

Desirable:

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering , or a related field having previous or current experience at HEI(s)/online learning modality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of LMS platforms, functionality, and troubleshooting. Previous work experience on Moodle based LMS is required.

• Must be proficient in PHP

• Should have experience with reporting and analytics tools in LMS systems for tracking learner progress and performance.

• Ability to create and manage LMS user accounts, courses, and content.

• Experience with integrating LMS systems with other enterprise software

• Managing user support and helpdesk queries related to LMS

• Able to carry out LMS upgrades and system maintenance, ensuring data security and compliance with organizational policies.

• Experience in conducting needs assessments and recommending LMS upgrades or system improvements based on user feedback.

• Strong communication skills to liaise between technical teams, content creators, instructors, and end users.

• Awareness of trends in online education, e-learning platforms, mobile learning, and virtual classrooms.

• Ability to generate LMS usage reports and analyze data for optimizing user experience and improving course outcomes.

• Perform any other duty as assigned by General Manager Operations

• Should be a self-starter and team player with a passion for online education.

Terms & Conditions:

• Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.

• 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.

• NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.

• In process of pursuing a required degree.

• Medically unfit.
