Role Summary This role will be responsible for overseeing developmental batch manufacturing, ensuring products meet quality specifications, cGMP, and safety guidelines, as per standard operating procedures
Role Responsibilities * Manage the product development process from the concept phase to the launch phase * Liaison with Business Development for product development from artwork to product specifications, sculpting and sample approval * Extract and interpret required technical information related to formulation and process development from the literature * Design Product Formulation nearest to Innovator products qualitatively and quantitatively * Perform Comparative study of Product with innovator product * Work with Quality Compliance department on compliance matters
Relevant Experience 3-5 years of relevant experience
Education * MSC Chemistry * Pharm-D
Skills Competencies * Collaboration & Teamwork * Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills * Hands-on with Microsoft Excel * Self-Motivated & Proactive
