Job Purpose

As an Assistant Manager Operator Marketing, you will act as the liaison between Marketing & Operators. You will bridge the gap between our Global and Local strategies by activating various marketing plans and platforms. You will engage with a range of different internal and external teams, while interfacing closely with our CD (Customer Development) Sales team by creating full year plans to drive reach and penetration of our portfolio.

What Will Your Main Responsibilties Be

  • Develop and Implement Full Funnel Marketing Campaigns across online (social media, UFS.com, search etc.) with clear and positive ROI output
  • Manage marketing budget in collaboration with Finance team along with operational tasks on Purchase Order & Payment processes
  • Deliver KPIs including conversion rate, digital engagement, reach, penetration and turn-over as well as

track KPI’s/OKR’s, consolidate learning, and take corrective measures when needed

  • Manage our website (www.unileverfoodsolutions.pk) which consists of several components (written content, images, specs, allergens & nutritional information) and the Webshop Loyalty points platform. You will be responsible for regular monitoring and maintenance, ensuring all content is complete and updated for our entire portfolio and innovation items. In addition, you will work with Trade partners to make sure we are meeting their content needs and trouble shoot with Global technical teams as issues arise. This responsibility requires great project management and organizational skills and the ability to work well cross functionally.
  • Support Category Team on innovation & renovation plans via development of selling stories & objection handling guidelines as well as trade show executions in collaboration with Customer Development & Internal Chefs team
  • Manage all agency partners (social media, creatives, digital, PR, activations) to deliver marketing campaigns
  • Manage UFS internal chefs’ team and drive the UFS Chefmanship agenda to upskill CD teams on culinary technical knowledge

Experience & Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 4-5 Years Experience in Marketing.
  • FMCG Experience is preferred.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of sales/marketing funnels & customer buying journeys
  • Strong Creative Aptitude to aid creative agencies in campaign concepts and visuals
  • Agile, resilient and flexible towards changes in scope and scale of campaigns/plans
  • Strong negotiator with agency partners on campaign budgets
  • Up to date with digital and AI trends for possible tech implementations
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Power BI & Adobe Analytics) is preferred
