Your Impactful Goals will include:
- Responsible for GSM product & distribution planning, developing the overall Product & distribution Strategy and forecasting
- Represent the S&D GSM strategy in products and all deployments including Digital Developments
- Owner of GSM product and distribution Governance Model, Channel profitability and ROI
- Planning/designing of GSM campaigns to get desired business uptake
- Monitoring of growth at regional & franchise level on month to month and year to year basis.
- Identify the right size of channel, Investment, strengths and weaknesses of the channels
- Build Competition & Channel Insights and coordinate with relevant team to address critical issues
- To ensure successful rollout of Product & Distribution initiatives at S&D channels across the Region & Circle
- Performance Management of Circle and Regions
Your Typical day at work
- Working closely with all GSM stakeholders for roadmap discussions and planning for GSM product, distribution side
- POC for external stakeholders – Circle Interface for planning & segment functions
- Conducting belt/cluster level analysis and preparing penetrative strategies for fulfilling circle business ambitions
- Building and keeping track of GSM Product Roadmap and Go-to-Market plans
- Evaluate expected challenges/risks and come up with mitigation strategy
- Keeping a close eye on customer, competitor and Channel insights for better product planning
- Providing GSM performance business insights to stake holders which help them to take better business decisions
- Preparing product forecasts and tracking
- Develop mitigation techniques for risks and ensure target achievements.
- Quality analysis & future actions based on the outcome of analysis
- Campaign Planning, design and business case development & Post Analysis of campaigns and visibility
- Analyze day to day performance of channels & suggesting required changes to effectively achieve the desired results / targets
- Providing performance business insights to stake holders which help them to take better business decisions
- Analysis of the channel performance
- Collaboration/Coordination within S&D planning and with regions on daily basis
- Governance model to monitor the Product KPIs management
- Belt/cluster level KPIs monitoring & ensure to achieve the monthly KPIs
- Distribution footprint enhancement and efficiency
