Job Purpose

The purpose of this job is to supervise the filling and packing operations of Derms, Supervising the Packing Material in RO store and make sure Finished products are delivered and supplied in full and on time to the patients at the end of our supply chain in consideration of GSK Quality Policy and vision

• Pharm-D
• 4-5 years prior experience

Key Responsibilities

RO Store

• Supervise the Inventory Management and shipment of Material.
• Use SAP in RO store mainly for activities of STO maintenance, daily stock run, delivery creation, batch determination, shipment creation, picking/packing, change shipment, goods issue, create invoice, cancel invoice, post goods issue etc.
• Support in packaging material as per their storage conditions and use.
• To help in Receipt/Issuance of packing and finish good material as per Warehouse and production.
• Support in managing QMS & SAP implementation in Warehouse.
  
  
  

Production

• To supervise manufacturing operations to achieve the production plan on time.
• Maximum utilization of resources for delivery of quality products and to improve KPIs.
• To contribute in updating of production visual boards
  
  
  

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND CONSUMABLE PURCHASING:

• Responsible to have accurate inventory levels of consumables in the department.
• Receive quotations from suppliers and get approval from procurement.
• Raise purchase orders for the department.
  
  
  

RMS

• Lead department risk management and identify potential risks of sites.
• Ensure timely completion of mitigation plans and actions.
• Support technical team in different areas like TRA’s, CPP’s, CPV’s etc.
  
  
  

GPS

• Effectively implement GPS within the area of responsibility.
• Ensure GPS basics are in place and in use within the department.
  
  
  

OEE

• Embed OE culture within the manufacturing department
• Contribute in identification and development of improvement/Operational Excellence (OE) projects to generate cost savings (Strategy Deployment).
  
  
  

RCA/DEVIATION:

• Support in investigations into incidents and ensure root cause is identified.
• Implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  
  
  

SAP

• Compilation of batch records and timely SAP manufacturing data postings.
  
  
  

Training Rep

• Provide training on new SOP’s to down the line staff.
• Maintain the training record of down the line staff.
• Ensure trainings are provided before the given deadline.
  
  
  

Change Control

• Involve in origination of change controls.
• Attend change control meetings and provide valuable information as required.
  
  
  

Quality Compliances

• Involve in right first-time performance.
• Support in maintaining the department in ‘Inspection Ready’ state all the time.
• Raise deviation as needed.
• Make certain 100% SOP In-place In-use in Packaging.
• Conduct L1 inspection against approved schedule and record observations in the tracker.
• Prepare and implement CAPA and monitor the timely closures of observations related to L1, L2, L3 & L4
• Support the team in L2, L3 & L4 audits.
• Perform timely in-processes and line clearance activities.
  
  
  

EHS

• Involve in conducting Risk assessment & CRAs.
• Ensure the embedding of living safety culture.
• Ensure EHS standards compliance by conducting EHS L1 audit; record observations, prepare CAPA and monitor timely closures.
• Ensure LOTO application in the area of responsibility
  
  
  

CMMS

• Maintaining all issues of lines in CMMS.
• Tracking and timely actions of CMMS entries.
  
  
  

Projects and Financials

• Identify department improvement projects.
• Maintain departmental Finance dashboard
