Job Purpose:

Management all aspects of the Management Information System relating the sales function and to provide the accurate, informative and accessible data analysis to the management on daily, weekly and monthly basis

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitating on-time Sales related IT projects delivery in working in close co-ordination with the IT department/vendors
• Design KPIs that are relevant to the effective measurement of Sales
• Controlling Master Data Management to create synergies across the Sales Organization
• Manage the centralization of master data for all distributors across Pakistan
• Controlling of master data to facilitate the management of KPIs
• Ensure system integrity, especially for product and customer to minimize discrepancies
• Develop a system to centralize the master data for effective use
• Effectively manage resources to help the sales team achieve its objectives
• Liaison with the third-party providing support for the secondary sales data
• Develop and review Policies/SOPs to effectively support the sales function
• Identify gaps in the current system and come up with appropriate action plan
• Develop, Recommend & Implement and control policies/SOPs
• Conduct training sessions to roll out the policies/SOPs for all relevant stakeholders
• Establish Sales MIS foundation & develop the information based decision making culture across the business for all categories.
• Ensure that the system is being utilized to the fullest and partner cross-functionally to develop reports and KPIs that help in providing timely business insights
• Approve and oversee all reports required from the MIS department.
• Develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across all business applications.
• Analyse, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement of the business reports within the organization.
• Manage MIS staffing, including recruitment, supervision, development, evaluation and disciplinary actions.

Background Requirements:

Education: Graduate

Experience: 4-6 years relevant experience preferred.
