As Regional Sales Lead at PakWheels.com, you’ll drive market dominance and revenue growth by leading a multi-city sales team, building strong client relationships, and delivering impactful sales pitches. You’ll develop and execute growth strategies, coach and monitor field teams, ensure compliance through internal audits, and represent the brand at key automotive events all while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and sustained success.

- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives across multiple cities to drive market dominance and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and frequent field visits and extensive travel, identifying client needs and crafting effective sales pitches for PakWheels.com’s existing products while contributing to new product ideas.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and sustain long-term growth in assigned territories.
- Work closely with the field sales team to provide consultation, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador for PakWheels.com by representing the company at automotive events and promoting its brand through all possible channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and client deliverables.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- At least 4+ years of direct sales experience, including managing a field sales team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets both individually and through team leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, data analysis, and decision-making.
- Knowledge of vehicles and the automotive industry is an advantage for supporting the team and engaging with clients.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across multiple cities as part of the role.
- Self-driven, persistent, hardworking, and passionate about sales and automobiles, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
