Assistant Manager Site Acquisition & Lease Management

About the role:

The incumbent will be working on different projects of site acquisitions and dealing with the relevant stakeholders.

Your Impactful Goals will include:

• Supervise and ensure timely network rollout, including independent and shared sites, lease agreements, power issues, and coordination with community, authorities, and political entities.
• Oversee lease renewals and rent deduction projects.
• Obtain NOCs from government agencies (TMA, EPA, SBCA) for 2G, 3G, 4G, and power projects.
• Support CBOM efforts to maintain network uptime, including TCH availability and fuel savings.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data analysis.
• Plan and execute site acquisition and support all related operational tasks.
• Ensure network availability and smooth operations with all necessary support.
• Meet all government and authority requirements for telecom operations.

Your typical day at work:

• To look after cell sites acquisition of Central region.
• To supervise the acquisition of space for solar and fiber projects.
• To execute the lease renewal and RD addendums of existing sites.
• To renegotiate rental agreements and reduce the rental commitments.
• To supervise all site acquisition activities and keep close coordination with in-sourced and outsourced vendors.
• To process mass batch payment of annual rentals and backlog payments, also supervise new addendum/RD payments as per new lease.
• Dealing with authorities for all kinds of documentation NOCs renewals and payments processes.
• Must have good knowledge of government policies, authorities bylaws and local communities’ ethics and processes.
• To conduct TSS on sharing & decommissioning project & develop SSRF for submission.
• Lead and conduct JVs with different stakeholders for fuel saving and theft control.
• To prepare & submit documents to Environmental Protection Agencies.
• To Appear in legal courts on behalf of the company.
• Provide support to our internal and external council in all types of legal cases.
• To complete roll-out targets within the stipulated time and acquire site within the lease bands.
• To maintain weekly and monthly site acquisition reports.
• Negotiating and reviewing lease contracts with landowners according to Company's policies.
• To resolve owners and access issues at sites to avoid outages.
• Ensure 24/7 backend support to keep the network alive.

What we are looking for?

Education: Bachelors in any of the following disciplines: BA, BSC, BS, Business Administration or LLB.

Work experience: Extensive experience of Site Acquisition and resolving owner/guard related issues at operational sites.
